Pivotal in driving the growth and performance of both the commercial and residential property management departments, Todd ensures that his team exceeds the standards expected in this dynamic sector of the market.

Highly experienced, professional, approachable and goal-orientated, Todd works to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction across the Kollosche business.

Holding a Diploma of Business, Todd has an in-depth understanding of management and operational excellence in the real estate sector. His role is pivotal in providing the structure, training and tools necessary for his team to deliver a six-star client experience.

Before joining Kollosche, Todd held significant leadership roles at several respected national real estate agencies, with Head of Property Management Performance and Growth, National Head of Franchise Property Management, and Property Management and Performance Manager among some of his previous titles

As General Manager for McGrath’s Queensland Company-owned portfolio, Todd grew the business from 400 to an impressive 1,850 properties under management, which he considers one of his most significant achievements to date. His exceptional leadership skills have been widely recognised by his peers and the wider industry, with Todd holding several agency awards.

Driven by a genuine passion for developing people and departments, his commitment to building a world-class property management business at Kollosche is a testament to his dedication and long-term vision.

Outside work, Todd enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, aged 13 and 11, and keeping active with a keen love of surfing, going to the gym, mountain biking, swimming and running. His active, family-oriented, and easy-going personality makes him a leader not only in business but within his local community.
