Claire Dai is a Licensed Real Estate Agent specialising in prestige properties with a particular focus on aiding Chinese vendors.

Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English, Claire has an in-depth understanding of the luxury real estate market and the desires of Chinese clients. Claire works alongside Kollosche’s agents to support Chinese vendors across residential and commercial campaigns.

Having lived in Australia for 30 years and on the Gold Coast for the past decade, Claire has been involved in many prestigious property deals, including the $6,600,000 sale of 93/1-9 Hughes Avenue, Main Beach; the $5,025,000 sale of 21 Sheridan Park Avenue, Broadbeach Waters; 33 Sir Bruce Small Boulevard which fetched $4,600,000; and LOT6&8 of 34 McIlwain Drive, which sold for $6,000,000 in total.

Claire’s dedication and skill led her to receive two awards during Kollosche’s 2022 Annual Awards, including third place for Emerging Agent of the Year.
