– Hi guys, Eoghan Murphy from Kollosche here, I’m just at the front of 319 Monaco Street, Broadbeach Waters that’s due to settle today so I just thought that I would give you a quick run down on this campaign. We actually sold this property in a matter of 4 days for $5,050,000. We launched the property on a Friday evening and that Saturday morning we had a really good inquiry come through from a buyer that was desperate to get through, but the sellers were on holidays and we weren’t actually scheduled to have any inspections that weekend, so we got on the phone and we practically begged them to let us get this buyer through.
Once we locked the time slot in, we went back to the office, decided to make some calls and generate some activity around that inspection. So, what that resulted in was eight more buyers locked in to view the property that afternoon and within a couple of days, we had three written offers. By Monday evening, we had the property sold!
