50 Editions: Marking a Milestone
November 7 2024
Since the first edition came off the press in January 2021, the magazine has been an invaluable marketing tool and sophisticated medium through which to present luxury homes, analysis and insights to the market.
With more than 15,000 copies delivered to mailboxes across the Gold Coast every month, it provides an immersive look into our latest luxury listings, capturing their standout features through high quality photography, design and copy.
Beyond listings, the magazine features informative editorial content, including expert insight and analysis of the trends and issues affecting the residential, commercial, new projects, and property management and leasing markets.
It is also an opportunity for us to share incredible and aspirational stories of the people in the community with whom we come into contact through our Community Fund and other philanthropic ventures.
Providing content that balances luxury homes, lifestyle appeal and essential market data with human stories, the magazine has become a trusted and sought-after real estate resource.
Below, we take a look back at some of our favourite covers from the past 50 editions:
Edition 1 | January 2021
1 Royal Mews, Sovereign Islands
This grand property in the prestigious gated community of Sovereign Islands was chosen to grace the cover of our inaugural edition.
The pinnacle of traditional Hamptons glamour, it represented an architectural and interior design style that was dominating the Gold Coast property scene at the time and continues to be popular today.
Embodying six-star sophistication, the home was an excellent representation of the same standard and level of quality that the Kollosche brand prides itself on.
“More than 15,000 copies of the Kollosche Luxury Property Magazine are delivered to Gold Coast mailboxes every month.”
