Buyers Get a Taste of Life at Perspective Helm
August 21 2024
Purchasing a luxury apartment off the plan can feel like a leap of faith. Buyers are investing their cash and belief in the developer, the architect and the builder to take the vision from concept to completion.
Kollosche New Projects and the Sherpa Property Group have gone to extraordinary lengths to give prospective buyers a first-hand look at what life could be like inside Sherpa’s latest project, Perspective Helm.
Fronting the Main River on Chevron Island’s prestigious Stanhill Drive, the three-level boutique development encompasses an exclusive collection of just 10 luxury residences complemented by a marina and wellness amenities.
The marketing promises a low-maintenance riverfront lifestyle that’s beyond beachfront; a life where you can set sail from your own marina berth or soak up the views from expansive indoor-outdoor living facing north-east, right on the Main River.
To give buyers a taste of that lifestyle, Kollosche New Projects and the Sherpa Property Group hosted an exclusive VIP event led by Kollosche director Michael Kollosche, Sherpa Property Group founder Christie Leet, and HAL Architects director Elizabeth Anderson.
Prospective buyers boarded a yacht that took them past the Perspective Helm site, providing a feel for the location and the superb outlook over Budd’s Beach and across the river to the sparkling city skyline of Surfers Paradise and Main Beach.
Docking at Home of the Arts (HOTA) in Bundall, the group enjoyed an evening of canapes, drinks and live music in between virtual reality tours of the Perspective Helm residences and architect “fly throughs” of the interiors. Finishes were also on display to touch and feel.
“We are thrilled to present a project of this calibre to our valued buyers,” says Michael.
“Large house-sized apartments in a boutique, bespoke development with its own marina on Main River are a very rare find.
“We really wanted interested buyers to experience Perspective Helm from every angle and to understand the lifestyle and value proposition.
“It’s important to us that our clients have the opportunity to really get to know a project – to ask questions of the developer, the architect and the sales agents – before making a commitment.”
And that due diligence has been well-received – Perspective Helm is now 80% sold following the VIP event and well ahead of the official launch planned for late July.
The developer has since released the final two residences – the Super Penthouses – to the market, opening up an exciting lifestyle opportunity for those seeking something truly special.
Spanning 860m2 and 948m2, each of the two-level penthouses boasts exquisite finishes, stunning Main River panoramas, a private rooftop terrace, plus four car spaces and an 18-metre marina berth.
Expansive penthouse floor plans deliver four lavishly– appointed ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen adorned with exquisite natural stone, and a home cinema for immersive entertainment.
“The Super Penthouses are in a class of their own,” says Michael.
“The floorplans are extremely generous and can be customised to suit the buyer’s preferences.
“To have an entire rooftop fitted out for relaxation and entertaining, plus a marina for your boat, makes this a waterfront lifestyle that’s very hard to beat.”
Penthouse owners can host intimate gatherings or significant events on an exclusive rooftop sanctuary. A curvaceous pool and spa, sunset bar, sun deck and firepit encourage effortless entertaining year-round, while a fully-equipped kitchen with a woodfired pizza oven makes casual catering a breeze.
A state-of-the-art security system is a feature that holds strong appeal among downsizers seeking a lock-and-leave lifestyle.
“For those who want to leave their home for periods to travel or visit family, they can do so with total peace of mind,” says Michael.
“Helm’s security system is top of the range and offers residents an added level of comfort.
“Many of the buyers are moving out of large homes and wanting to remain in that area on the river and in proximity to all of the conveniences that Chevron Island has to offer.”
Premium Queensland builder LPS Group has been appointed and construction is due to commence in August 2024 with an estimated completion target of December 2025.
