COAST is among a wave of new developments breathing fresh life into an exclusive beachfront stretch where the lifestyle credentials are world class.
COAST Set to Redefine Gold Coast Beachfront Living

There’s a new breed of luxury living taking shape on the Gold Coast beachfront and buyers have been fast to recognise the opportunity.

Father-son team Allen and Julian Sammut are leading the latest project from Sammut Group, which promises an ‘ecosystem of modern luxury’ that elevates connection to people, place and purpose.

COAST is an expression of how Sammut Group believes luxury should be; expansive, effortless and without compromise.

The creation of environments which offer complete freedom to chase one’s passions or to completely disconnect and float in the space between sea and sky.”

It’s a lofty vision for the prime patch of beachfront land at 43 Garfield Terrace, Surfers Paradise, where 52 ultra-premium residences and six-star resort-style amenities will ultimately unfold over 37 levels.

COAST is in good company along Garfield Terrace where a string of luxury developments is set to transform what has been, until now, a largely untapped beachfront precinct.

Known as Northcliffe, the surfside strip sits on the quieter end of Surfers Paradise and in proximity to the vibrant cosmopolitan suburb of Broadbeach to the south.

Local favourite Northcliffe Surf Lifesaving Club has already undergone a major refurbishment, while the city council has invested heavily in beautifying the foreshore with a coastal pathway and streetscaping.

Just down the road, famed The Langham Hotel draws a refined crowd, while Jewel Residences carve an iconic architectural presence on the Gold Coast skyline.

“There is a limited amount of beachfront between Main Beach and Miami and that pocket of Northcliffe is transforming into an extremely exclusive strip,” says Kollosche Managing Director Michael Kollosche.

“The position is far enough away from the centre of Surfers Paradise and closer to Broadbeach, so you can enjoy the benefits of both without being right in the thick of it.

When all of these new buildings are finished, this stretch will be very impressive and has already captured the attention of locals and those coming from interstate.”

Construction giant Multiplex has been tasked with bringing the $200 million COAST project to fruition, with an end of Q1 2026 completion target bolstering confidence among buyers.

Those in the market for a slice of luxury beachfront living have been quick to see the value in COAST, which has realised sales to approximately 75 per cent of the development. Kollosche New Projects has been engaged to market the remaining selection of half and full floor residences which have been unavailable to purchase until now and are offered as the developer’s final release.

North or south-facing half floor apartments offer 287m2 including three bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a powder room, and a dedicated media room. The full floor residences have four bedrooms, four bathrooms and two powder rooms, plus a media room and rumpus room over 598m2.

High quality finishes and bespoke inclusions elevate the interior of each apartment. Engineered timber flooring is complemented by lashings of marble and custom timber veneer joinery.

A flawless and functional kitchen design is fitted with top-of-the-range Gaggenau appliances, while wool carpet adds luxurious comfort to bedrooms.

Generous balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing take full advantage of the absolute beachfront location, capturing coveted Pacific Ocean panoramas and a 360-degree vista of the Gold Coast.

No residential neighbours are permitted on the north and south aspects, meaning the coastal view lines are forever protected.

The constant reshaping of the beach foreshore has inspired COAST’s curvaceous design, with Sydney-based PBD Architects effortlessly balancing modern luxury with nature. High quality finishes and bespoke inclusions exude understated elegance, while oversized ceiling heights enhance the sense of space and light.

That same sense of considered design carries through to the amenities. Resort-style pools overlooking the ocean capture sun throughout the day, while a residents’ lounge and bar are made for sunset drinks. Wellness and fitness centres, as well as massage and function rooms, round-out the six-star resort experience.

“COAST is a stand-out project along this strip,” says Mr Kollosche.

“Uninterrupted and protected ocean views are limited along the beachfront and the lifestyle on offer from this location is outstanding.

The fact that this project is already under construction with a solid Tier 1 builder gives buyers confidence and certainty that COAST will be completed on time and to a very high standard.”

COAST is being developed in partnership with Alceon Group and with project funding facilitated by real estate investment firm, Qualitas.
