Kollosche closed out the 2023-24 financial year having posted some excellent sales results for its clients in what has been an overall cooling market.

In total, 12 properties changed hands for $10,000,000 or more in the past 12 months, with the total of these sales surpassing $184,000,000. A further 11 properties sold for between $7,000,000 and $9,999,999.

Strategic marketing campaigns have become a key driver in achieving premium results in the current climate.

Kollosche’s expertise and innovation in this area led to the agency not only returning above market prices but also breaking several suburb record prices at the time in the areas of Southport, Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach Waters, Tallebudgera Valley and Tugun.

Some other noteworthy sales campaigns of the past financial year included those of two properties in Mermaid Waters, which successively reset the suburb’s price benchmark.

Marketed by agents Taylor Kleinberg and Jamie Harrison, ‘The White House’ at 43 Markeri Street was the first to smash the ceiling after an extremely successful marketing campaign. Utilising both traditional print and digital media to reach a wide network of potential buyers, the home sold for $7,300,000 under auction conditions and more than $2,000,000 above the previous record. 

The impressive result ignited sales momentum within the wider suburb, with another prestige home at 84 Oceanic Drive, also marketed by Taylor alongside Brad Coyne, superseding the Markeri Street sale by a further $400,000 only a few months later. The record now stands at $7,700,000.
