Kollosche has been ranked among the leading sales agencies in the country by industry body the Real Estate Business (REB).

Coming in at No.38 nationwide and No.4 in Queensland on the highly regarded REB Top 50 Sales Offices, Kollosche was the only Gold Coast-based agency to make it onto the list.

Outperforming all other Queensland sales offices based on total value of settlements, Kollosche achieved an astounding $1,695,453,434 across 487 sales. Its average sale price, at $3,481,424, was the highest nationwide.

Only six other agencies, including those within more populated metropolitan areas, generated a higher overall sales value.

It is the second consecutive year Kollosche has ranked on the exclusive list, which identifies real estate offices that are setting the standard for industry excellence.

Now in its 13th year, the ranking is based on several criteria, including number of sales, total value of sales, average days on market and the number of agency staff for the 2023-24 financial year.

According to the REB, the average number of sales achieved by the top-performing agencies increased over the previous year, “reflecting a significant rise in sales activity”.

Despite the challenges of rising inflation, cost-of-living pressures and a more competitive real estate environment, total sales value across the Top 50 offices reached an average of $638,60,420, up from $478,076,149 the previous year.
