The exclusive list, compiled annually and now in its 12th year, identifies top performing real estate offices across the country that are setting a benchmark for excellence.

It considers several criteria, including total number of listings and settled sales, value of settlements, average days on market and the number of staff for the financial year 2022-23.

Kollosche ranked number 30 overall and number 4 in Queensland. It was the leading agency for sale price across all agencies ranked by REB Australia-wide, achieving an average sale price of $3,130,131.

This result was almost $700,000 higher than any other agency featured in the list, which includes those operating in prestige markets in Sydney and Melbourne.

Kollosche was also one of only four agencies among the top 50 to achieve a settled sales volume of more than $1 billion, delivering a total of $1.47 billion.
