Kollosche has won three coveted awards at the industry leading 2024 Real Estate Industry Queensland Awards for Excellence.

Managing director and selling principal Michael Kollosche took out the category of Residential Salesperson SEQ – Settled Commissions, Commercial Sales Agent Adam Grbcic was named Commercial Salesperson of the Year, while the agency’s marketing division claimed the hotly contested Multimedia Award.

Kollosche was one of only two agencies to receive three awards out of the possible 29 that were up for grabs. Overall, 11 Kollosche agents and support staff were nominated as finalists across five categories.

It is the third consecutive year that Michael has taken out Residential Salesperson SEQ – Settled Commissions, with the latest win earning him a further elite industry accolade – induction into the REIQ Hall of Fame.

Michael says he is honoured by the award, which he credits heavily to the support of his team.

“While I love what I do, my success would not be possible without the unwavering dedication and support of my team,” Michael says.

It is a sentiment echoed by fellow winner Adam, who says: “Despite this being an individual award, it is a testament to my entire team, including my father and agent Tony, business manager Hannah and associate Adam, who everyday contribute to the success of the Kollosche Commercial division, alongside the mentorship of Michael.”

The REIQ Awards for Excellence, hosted by the industry’s statewide peak body, celebrate best practice and set the benchmark for real estate excellence in Queensland, while also providing a platform for acknowledging the industry’s stand-out performers.

More than 1,000 real estate professionals from across Queensland converged on The Star Brisbane to attend the star-studded awards event hosted by TV and radio presenter Osher Günsberg.
