Three Kollosche residential sales agents have been named as top performers on a list that showcases young talent within the industry.
Queensland’s Top 40 Best-Selling Agents Under 35 was compiled by The Courier Mail, with Kollosche young guns Danny Stanley, Matthew Follent, and Darryl Bright all ranking within the top 20.
Canvassing agencies from across Queensland, the list was based on individual agents’ total value of residential sales for the 2022-23 Financial Year, with other criteria such as the number of listings secured and sold, and total days on the market also noted.
Combined, Danny, Matthew and Darryl achieved sales worth more than $187 million, which led them to be ranked at No.13, 15 and 17, respectively. They were three of only seven Gold Coast agents to make the statewide list.

Danny has been in the industry for seven years and sold more than $64 million-worth of real estate in FY22-23 at an average sale price of $3,064,904. Focused on the suburbs of Mermaid Beach, Broadbeach, and Main Beach, he is best-known for his prolific transactions within the iconic 272 Hedges Avenue building in Mermaid Beach.
Matthew Follent is a licensed sales agent working within the Michael Kollosche Team. He individually sold more than $63 million in real estate within Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters and Main Beach in FY22-23, for an average sale price of $3,320,658.
Darryl Bright is a licensed real estate agent and one half of the Bright Ward Team. Although having only held his license for six months of the past financial year, Darryl managed to sell more than $50 million-worth of real estate along the beachfront and Main River at an average sale price of $5,907,000.
ARERA Winners
Kollosche has taken top honours in several categories in this year’s Australasian Real Estate Results Awards (ARERAs).
Michael Kollosche was awarded Selling Principal of the Year, sales agent team Sam Guo and Julia Kuo took out Sales Agent of the Year, and James Roberts was named Sales Associate of the Year. Meanwhile, Kollosche was crowned Digital Excellence Agency of the Year.
The awards serve to recognise leading professionals and offices in the real estate industry across the country, and Kollosche is proud to be named among Australia’s best.
