Meet Aneta Siedlecka

How long have you been at Kollosche?
I have been at Kollosche for 4.5 years. I started when the team had only 12 people. Now we have about 140 amazing humans working together.

What did you do prior to joining Kollosche?
I was a fitness coach. It was while working in fitness that I began to understand the connection between mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. It ignited a passion within me to want to do more transformative work, focused on integrating mind, body, and spirit.

What do you enjoy most about your job?
I love that every session I do is different. Some days, individual staff may find themselves motivated and held accountable, on other days, I may explore breath work or engage in guided meditation to help them manage stress. The aim is to empower them to reach their full potential and foster personal excellence in their professional and personal lives.

How do you tailor your approach to individual clients?
Every person is a fascinating tapestry of complexity, beauty and uniqueness. During an initial session, we intuitively assess where the priority lies. The key to unlocking potential lies in comprehending how someone’s mind, body, and soul operate as a whole. Understanding this dynamic, we work together to navigate and harmonise these aspects, fostering a deeper sense of self-awareness.

How do you always stay so positive?
Like everyone, I have good and not-so-good days. On challenging days, I take time to reconnect with myself by practising gratitude, eating wholesome food and engaging in exercise. If I find myself in a negative mindset I redirect my thoughts to a more empowering perspective, while reminding myself that I am the creator of my reality. Doing all these things makes me more self-aware and helps me to stay positive in general.

Describe your perfect day.
My week is often filled with busy-ness so on a Saturday I sleep in until 5.30am then go on my favourite walk along Mermaid Beach with my partner and cavoodle. On the way we grab a healthy matcha drink from Rafiki cafe. After our walk we’ll head to Burleigh Heads farmers’ market to gather fresh and delicious fruits. Back at home, I find solace tending to my garden or doing a deep dive into holistic practises. It’s the perfect balance of nature and nourishing my body and mind.
