As we wrap up another year, I would like to thank the Gold Coast community and our clients for their continued support throughout 2021.

Kollosche was founded in its current form on the 1st of January 2019 with a vision to bring the Gold Coast and Northern NSW best agents together under one banner where they could collaborate and leverage their knowledge, skills, database and experience to provide a benefit to our clients that extends well beyond the initial transaction.

The Kollosche business has gone from strength to strength over this time built on a foundation aimed at providing a culture of collaboration and transparency that ultimately allows us to deliver the best client experience possible. We are proud to have created an ecosystem here that constantly innovates and thrives to pave the way in the real estate industry that we love.

I’d like to congratulate my team on an outstanding year that has seen us round out 2021 with just over $1.8 billion in unconditional sales (an achievement that is well above anything we thought possible three years ago when we started).

There are so many people within our organisation that embrace our culture and philosophy of Client, Company, Team then I. There are too many outstanding achievements amongst the team to single out anyone and we all appreciate that our success comes through collaboration and support.

I am also very proud to report that we have established a support structure to give back to our local community throughout 2021, with the entire team throwing its weight behind a number of collective causes that are close to our hearts.

The Kollosche Community Fund was created this year by our team under the guidance of a board of seven members from within our company as a way of giving back to our community.

This initiative places a percentage of every transaction made into the fund, which gets reinvested back into the community to help those in need. The Kollosche team contributed and donated more than $350,000 to our local community, clubs, charities, and organisations this year which saw some great initiatives and partnerships formed. This project has been very fulfilling and is one that we intend to grow into a large part of the business over the coming years to help those in need from within our local community.
