Kollosche continues to cement its standing as one of the Gold Coast’s top-ranking agencies following a number of industry awards and achievements. 

Agency founder and selling principal Michael Kollosche ranked No.1 statewide on the REB Top 50 Agents list for both Total Sales Volume and Average Sales Price at $747,269,29 and $7,548,175, respectively. 

Combined, the results placed him as the No.1 agent on the Gold Coast and No.2 across Queensland for Financial Year 2025-26.  

For several years, Michael has consistently placed among the top agents in both the REB Top 50 Queensland and Top 100 National lists, which acknowledge agents who are setting the benchmark for excellence among their peers based on customer service and strong sales numbers in their local markets. 

The rankings are determined using a range of metrics, including number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold, average sale value, number of support staff and years in the industry.

Kollosche has maintained a relentless pursuit of superior service, standards and results since opening its doors in 2019 and the brand continues to build presence not only in its local market but across the country. 

Considered a respected thought leader both inside and outside the industry, Michael recently spoke at the country’s biggest annual industry conference – AREC 2026. 

Held at the Gold Coast Exhibition Centre, Michael joined a line-up of international and national spokespeople to motivate and inspire a room of 5,000 professionals.  

Speaking candidly, Michael reinforced that real estate success lies in knowing the market, guiding clients with facts, creating trust and always doing the right thing by clients, even if it means advising them not to sell.

In the wider business this week, sales agent Gypsea Youngsmith was also recognised by her industry peers, when she took home the 2026 National Achievement Award at the Real Estate Institute of Australia Awards for Excellence in Syndey.
