New Commercial Listings Ramp Up in January

Kollosche Commercial is off to a flying start in 2023 with a solid pipeline of new listings coming to market, promising choice opportunities for buyers across asset classes.
The surge in new business comes off the back of a stellar year of results for Kollosche Commercial whose 2022 sales totalled $216,667,539 across 58 deals.
Sales agents Adam Grbcic and Tony Grbcic finished the year on a high, with a string of campaigns and deals coming to fruition in December with sales totalling $11,650,000.
As the new year rolls out, developers, investors and owner-occupiers are catered for across eight new listings launching to market this month.
A mixed-use development site in the Nerang Commercial Precinct amalgamates seven lots for a total parcel of 11,947m2 zoned for business, retail, professional, administrative, community, entertainment and residential opportunities.
The drastic shortage of new housing underpins the appeal of a leafy 39,910m2* parcel of rural residential land at 1 Crane Crescent in Nerang. Large inner city greenfield sites are rare, with potential for sub-division, childcare or commercial use.

“There are plenty of opportunities this month for those buyers who are shopping for commercial assets,” says Adam.
“Those considering selling in 2023 are seeing the advantages of coming to market sooner rather than later this year given the likelihood of further rate rises and the end of fixed rate loan terms.”
