Topping sales for the month of October was the full-floor penthouse crowning ‘The Waratah’ at 94/22 Montgomery Avenue, Main Beach which was sold by Duncan Longmore and Michael Kollosche for $7,875,000.

Eddie Wardale and Michael Kollosche led a successful auction campaign on 9 San Remo Boulevard in Sorrento which sold for $6,700,000, while an award-winning farmhouse at 9 Tallai Road, Tallai fetched $5,600,000 through Team Sam and Julia.

2023 REIQ Awards for Excellence

Kollosche has been recognised among the cream of Queensland real estate for its performance across both sales and marketing, with finalists nominated across eight categories.
