Sales agent Moana Cooper has built a highly successful career in the real estate industry.
With more than 20 years’ of experience and a genuine passion for the new projects space, Moana has become a valued member of the Kollosche New Projects team.
Moana’s foray into real estate happened almost by chance in the early 2000s. The property market was booming, and Moana was looking for a change from a role in marketing.
She landed a job as a sales associate with property giant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and was positioned on one of its new developments in Kent Street in Sydney.
“Kent Street is an exclusive address in Sydney with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge, attracting a sophisticated, high-end clientele,” Moana says.
While she only remained with JLL for a short stint, Moana knew new projects was to become her passion.
Returning to the Gold Coast, where she grew up, Moana set about obtaining her real estate license and really kickstarted her career in property.
During this time she has worked with some of the most well-known brands on the Gold Coast, including Sunland, Breakfree, and Peppers and Mantra (now part of AccorHotels), which all had links to new projects.
Although a natural people person, managing large-scale residential and hotel projects allowed Moana to gain valuable experience in customer relations and client management — a skillset that now sets her apart in the field.
Aside from taking a short three-year career break, where she went to live in Dubai, Moana has always worked towards fulfilling her passion of being in new project sales.
Moana joined Kollosche in 2019 as Executive Assistant to Michael Kollosche, where her professional manner and organisational skills led her to progress swiftly in the business.
She joined the New Projects division in 2023 and is now a key player in helping clients navigate the process of buying off-the-plan, making sure everything runs smoothly from purchase to handing over the keys.
“I love selling a lifestyle and a dream,” Moana says. “These stunning, high-end luxury projects are going to be brought to life, and I really enjoy being a part of the story-telling behind that journey.

Moana’s career has now come full circle, with her selling luxury beachfront developments. She ensures buyers are investing in properties that are not only beautiful but built for the future.
