Three Kollosche agents have been named among the cream of Queensland’s up-and-coming young property performers in an exclusive list.

QLD’s 30 Agents Under 30: The Young Guns of Real Estate was compiled and published by NewsCorp based on sales results from the 2021 calendar year.

Agents aged 30 and under were ranked on key metrics including properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, average number of days on the market, and average sale price in 2021.

Kollosche agents Eoghan Murphy, Jay Helprin and Corey Bedford featured among the Top 30 young guns, capping off what was a stellar year in real estate.

Eoghan Murphy

Agent Murphy secured the No.2 spot with 43 residential properties sold for a total value of $117,470,000 in 2021.

Eoghan’s average sale price of $2,731,860 has cemented him among the top performing real estate agents in the state.

Described as “the next juggernaut of real estate” by Australia’s top real estate coach Tom Panos, Eoghan’s sales focus is on Mermaid Beach, Burleigh Heads and surrounding beachside suburbs.

Recent key sales for Eoghan include a two-level penthouse at 4/142 Marine Parade, Miami sold at auction for a new street record of $8,125,000.

Jay Helprin

Sales Associate Jay Helprin sold 43 properties in 2021 with a total value of $96,901,000 and an average sale price of $3,588,926, making him the third highest performing agent aged 30 or under in Queensland.

With a background in property development and valuation, Jay’s sales focus is on waterfront properties in the Gold Coast’s central suburbs and providing exceptional client service.

Recent key sales for Jay include a Beverly Hills-inspired house set across a rare double block at 87-89 Monaco Street, Broadbeach, which sold for $14,500,000.

Corey Bedford

Just three years into his real estate career, Corey Bedford ranked number 29 in the state having sold 18 properties in 2021 for a total value of $26,135,500.

Properties listed by Corey spent an average of just 18.72 days on the market and his average sale price for the year was $1,451,972.

Recent key sales for Corey include an amalgamated site at 2797 Gold Coast Highway, Broadbeach sold for $4,300,000 in collaboration with Kollosche Commercial.

Corey also led the marketing campaign on a waterfront oasis at 1 Cypress Drive West, Broadbeach Waters which sold at auction for $2,500,000.

The Young Guns results come hot on the heels of the prestigious REB Top 50 QLD and REB Top 100 Australia rankings featuring five Kollosche agents.

Selling Principal Michael Kollosche, Troy Dowker, Ryan Ward, Sam Guo and Julia Kuo, and Eoghan Murphy were among those named in the REB Top 50 Queensland Agents.
