RSL Prize Home Sales Top $15m
July 8 2022
They’re the prizes that keep on giving – two RSL Art Union lottery winners have sold their luxury beachside properties in a string of deals totalling more than $15,000,000.
Five apartments in a brand new boutique building at 349 Golden Four Drive each sold separately following a strategic marketing campaign by Kollosche agent Jamie Harrison.
The Sydney-based vendor won the entire building in the RSL Lottery’s Christmas draw and opted to sell all five luxury apartments.
Local buyers were quick to swoop on the contemporary coastal apartments, which sold unconditionally within two weeks via expressions of interest.
“The buyers are downsizers who are all local to Queensland, with four from the Gold Coast and one in Brisbane,” says Jamie.
“Brand new spacious apartments are hard to come by in this area and downsizers are drawn to the beaches, the low-density living, and the slower pace of life in Tugun.”
A new four-bedroom house on absolute beachfront at 349a Golden Four Drive has also sold for an undisclosed sum in a separate off-market deal.
The luxury home was sold by a North Queensland cattle farmer who won the prestige property through the RSL Art Union lottery last year.
Both vendors are reportedly thrilled with the results and ecstatic to see the properties sold to local buyers with a close connection to the area.
“Both vendors are over the moon,” says Jamie.
“It was a pleasure to offer strategic advice and set up campaigns that best positioned each of these exceptional properties for a premium result.”
The mega deals follow the $9,100,000 sale of a glamorous Tugun beach house at 662 Pacific Parade late last month.
Kollosche marketed the impressive four-level design which features a glass-edge pool that appears suspended and boasts views over Flat Rock beach.
