Sea Glass Broadbeach | Construction Update | March 2026

Sea Glass Broadbeach is progressing on site, and we’re pleased to share the latest construction milestones as the development continues to rise on schedule.

Significant progress has been achieved on site this month as the development continues to rise above ground. The gantry and site sheds have now been removed from the street frontage, with all site amenities permanently relocated to the basement levels. This marks an important milestone for the project, reflecting its transition into the next stage of construction while also creating a cleaner and more active streetscape presence.

Structural works have also advanced, with the Level 4 structural slab successfully formed, reinforced and poured. This milestone continues the building’s steady vertical progression and establishes the framework for the levels above.

Looking ahead to next month, construction momentum will continue with the completion of the Level 5 and Level 6 structural slabs as the building further takes shape. Glazing installation is also scheduled to commence on the apartment levels, beginning at Level 3 and including the balcony balustrades. This stage will see the building façade begin to visibly emerge, providing a clearer sense of the final architectural form.

At the same time, internal progress will begin with the commencement of wall framing and apartment partitioning works, also starting from Level 3. These works represent an important step as the project transitions from core structural activity to the early stages of shaping the internal residences.
