Construction on The Lanes is scheduled to start as early as the final quarter of this year and will be delivered in two stages over an estimated 36-month program.

MEGA SALES QUARTER

It’s been a highly productive quarter for the Kollosche Commercial sales agents Adam Grbcic and Tony Grbcic who chalked up $115,895,702 across 12 sales between June and September.

The $45,001,680 contract on The Voyager Resort in Broadbeach was the top sale for the quarter and followed a five-week expression of interest campaign which yielded 155 enquiries.

Team Grbcic – which includes Executive Assistant Hannah Delre and Sales Associate Jack Brinsmead – was recognised at Kollosche’s Quarterly Awards last week with a rap for the Highest Number of Sales and Highest Gross Commission Income, while Hannah was named best Client Service Manager.
