That result marginally trumped the $24,000,000 achieved under the hammer for 59 The Corso, Isle of Capri on 14 July in an outstanding effort from Sam and Julia, alongside Kollosche agent Claire Dai.

The stage is now set for glamourous Benowa Waters mansion, The Lakehouse, to be auctioned onsite tomorrow at 12pm. A crowd is expected following a comprehensive marketing campaign by Sam and Julia.
