The end of the calendar year tends to invite the opportunity for reflection, and 2022 has been a productive year for Kollosche Commercial despite the raft of external challenges posed.

Sticking to our processes, providing high levels of service, and a strategic approach to marketing have enabled Kollosche Commercial to achieve exceptional results for our clients across sales, leasing and property management.

On the sales side, Adam and Tony Grbcic struck a $45,001,680 deal on The Voyager timeshare resort in what was the team’s highest sale for the year. That result came off the back of a five-week expression of interest campaign that attracted 163 enquiries.

The Marina Village retail precinct – on Ross Street in Benowa – sold for $16,780,000 to a Gold Coast buyer in September following a comprehensive marketing campaign that saw the Grbcics work their way through 168 enquiries.

Back in March, a rare north-east facing double block at 215-217 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach attracted 285 enquiries and 13 bidders come auction day, when the blue-chip site sold under the hammer for $13,510,000.

A blue-chip parcel with a two-storey mixed-use dwelling and commanding beachfront position on Pacific Parade overlooking Currumbin Beach fetched $5,110,000 at auction in April, while that same month a prime Gold Coast Highway site in Palm Beach sold off-market for $10,150,000.

It’s been a productive six months for Kollosche Commercial Leasing Agent Kelly Buxton and Property Manager Elke Rosen, who joined Kollosche back in July.

In November, Kelly leased a retail space at 1/2581-2584 Gold Coast Highway in Mermaid Beach to a furniture retailer for $392 per sqm gross.

A photographer signed up to lease a warehouse at 3/23 Margaret Street, Southport in October for $220 per sqm gross, while a hairdresser leased a retail space at Brooklyn in Varsity Parade, Varsity Lakes in November for $552 per sqm gross.

It only took one month for Kelly to find a finance company to lease an office space in Southport Central Tower 3 for $400 per sqm gross, in Burleigh Heads a plumber was signed to a factory on Cahil Court for $250 per sqm gross.
