Top-Selling Gold Coast Agents Revealed

The state’s top-performing real estate agents have been revealed in an independent list ranking Queensland agents on settled residential property sales for the 2021 calendar year.
The prestigious 2022 REB Top 50 benchmarks agents according to key metrics including number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, their average days on market, and average sale value.
Kollosche Managing Director and Selling Principal Michael Kollosche achieved the highest dollar volume of residential real estate sales in Queensland, with settled sales totalling an extraordinary $426,216,888 – this result was almost double that of any other agent.
Backed by 24 years’ industry experience, Michael sold 99 properties in 2021 for an average sale price of $4,916,120, with listings spending an average 28.97 days on the market.
Those results secured Michael a Top 3 ranking alongside Brisbane’s best-selling agents Alex Jordan – with a total sales figure of $246,063,288 (average sale price $1,892,794) – and Tony O’Doherty, whose annual sales tally came to $225,341,542 (average $1,435,296).
Kollosche agent Troy Dowker also featured in Queensland’s Top 10, having sold 62 properties in 2021 for a total value of $192,299,777 – this placed Troy as the sixth highest in Queensland based on total dollar volume.
Armed with 19 years’ industry experience largely focused on the southern beachside market, Troy’s average sale price was $3,101,609 – the fourth highest in the state.
Kollosche prestige agents Sam Guo and Julia Kuo ranked 14th overall in Queensland based on all metrics, but had the seventh highest total dollar volume of sales at $160,524,000.
Ryan Ward ranked 24 overall and in position 11 highest for total sales volume with $149,282,500. Ryan’s average sale price of $3,550,000 was the third highest across the Sunshine State.
Young gun Kollosche agent Eoghan Murphy was listed in position 45 with total sales of $88,320,000. Eoghan specialises in the sale of beachside properties in Mermaid Beach and Burleigh Heads.

The REB rankings come on the back of a stellar awards season for Kollosche whose team received a swag of coveted industry gongs across sales, operations and marketing.
The REB uses key metrics to rank the Top 50 salespeople in Queensland, including number of properties sold, average sale value of each property, average days on market and the total dollar volume of properties sold. Statistics relate only to settled sales in a calendar year and are all independently verified by the REB.
