When it comes to luxury assets, few people know how to navigate the landscape better than Daniel Sharp.
After a four-year hiatus working at luxury car brand Gold Coast Ferrari, Daniel has returned to the real estate market armed with a number of unique high-end customers, allowing him to open doors for buyers and sellers that other agents can’t access.
These elite-level contacts combined with 25 years’ experience in the luxury asset market, precision organisational skills and his affable manner, make Daniel an obvious choice for those looking to sell their most coveted assets.

Since re-entering the market 12 months ago under the Kollosche umbrella, Daniel has been blazing a trail, executing several $4m-plus sales in only a few months. He teamed up with colleague Ryan Ward to sell 13 Neptune Court, Paradise Waters, in April, which sold at auction for $4,910,000.
“I felt that the market was changing just as I rejoined, so to get that deal done, my first since rejoining real estate, was very important,” Daniel says.
Daniel backed this up in May with the sale of a large block of land at 21 Sheridan Park Avenue in Broadbeach Waters. Collaborating with three other Kollosche agents, Daniel tapped into his exclusive contact list to find a buyer for the block, which sold for $5,025,000.
In August, Daniel sold 13 Ephraim Island, Paradise Point, the home of internationally known jeweller John Calleija.
That was a really fun campaign, which got a lot of high-profile publicity. The house was amazing and sold at auction for $4,150,000,” Daniel says.
Daniel attributes some of his sales success to the support he has received from fellow agents and the wider Kollosche network.
“Being a prestige brand, Kollosche is a natural fit for me,” Daniel says.
“Having worked for a couple of other agencies, I can hand on heart say there is no other agency out there that works so collaboratively.
“This is great for agents and an amazing asset for sellers, who don’t just get the services of one person, but a whole network of people all helping to sell their home.”
Following a string of notable sales across the Gold Coast, Daniel is now keen to focus his attention on the central suburbs of Benowa and Bundall, including the prestige enclave of Sorrento where he lives with his family.
“It’s an area I know and love. My kids go to the Surfers Paradise State School on the Isle of Capri and I socialise in the area, so it’s very familiar to me. It makes sense to make it the focus of my attention,” Daniel says.
