Alex Harrison brings close to two decades of experience in marketing, commercial strategy and luxury real estate to her role within Kollosche, working alongside Michael Kollosche on some of the most significant luxury residential developments on the Gold Coast.

Joining Kollosche as Head of Marketing in 2021, the group’s formative years, Alex played an integral role in shaping the agency’s brand, market positioning and strategic growth. With a particular interest in luxury residential development, her role evolved to have a specialised focus on project sales and strategy, working directly with Michael and the broader New Projects team.

Her expertise spans the full project development lifecycle, from site acquisition and early feasibility through to product development, pricing, market positioning, sales strategy, project launch and final settlement. Alex works closely with developers to align commercial objectives with market demand, providing considered advice on buyer profiles, pricing structures, release strategies and sales performance to optimise project outcomes.

A key strength is her ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with developers, purchasers and key stakeholders. Combining commercial acumen with a highly considered and personable approach, Alex is skilled at navigating complex negotiations, nurturing intricate contractual matters and guiding purchasers through significant property transactions.

Recognising that every development presents a unique set of opportunities and challenges, Alex applies a detailed, commercially focused approach to each project. Her combined experience across marketing, strategy and direct sales provides a comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence buyer behaviour, drive sales performance and ultimately determine a development’s success.
