Alicia McPhail is a Client Services Manager where she attends to the administration, marketing and contract duties for Kollosche’s emerging agents.

Bringing with her more than five years experience in customer service and management roles in hospitality and real estate, Alicia prides herself on being approachable, knowledgeable and committed to delivering exceptional service and support.

Originally from Christchurch, New Zealand, Alicia was raised on the Gold Coast and developed a warm, engaging and supportive personality that endeared her to clients and colleagues alike. She is driven, ambitious and is always seeking new opportunities to learn and develop her skills.

Alicia is committed to growing her career at Kollosche and is excited about the company’s future. She resonates with Kollosche’s collaborative approach, which values teamwork, communication and a shared commitment to achieving outstanding results for clients.

Alicia is a former competitive swimmer, who represented Queensland in freestyle. She trained on the Gold Coast where she developed the discipline, focus and determination that have served her well in her career.
