Balancing operational expertise with a genuine passion for people and property, Ashlee Gegg brings leadership, insight and a solutions-focused mindset to her role as Property Management Operations Manager at Kollosche.

Ashlee oversees the day-to-day operations of the Property Management Department, supporting a team of New Business Executives, Leasing Consultants and Property Managers while ensuring the seamless delivery of service across Kollosche’s growing portfolio. Known for her reliability, integrity and strong problem-solving ability, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards and efficiency that underpin the department’s success.

Ashlee originally joined Kollosche in 2021, helping strengthen the property management division before returning in 2026 to support its continued evolution. Her career spans both real estate and hospitality, including senior property management and leadership roles across the Gold Coast as well as six years with Accor Hotel Group, where she progressed into front office leadership positions. This diverse background has shaped her strong service ethos and operational perspective.

Originally from Lake Taupo in New Zealand, Ashlee moved to the Gold Coast in 2013 after several years travelling through Europe and the UK. Now based in Worongary with her husband and family, she enjoys making the most of the coastal lifestyle, spending time outdoors, exploring local beaches and parks, and catching up with friends.

A self-confessed country music fan, Ashlee brings the same warmth, energy and authenticity to her work as she does to her life outside the office.
