Bianca’s diverse responsibilities cover everything from coordinating suppliers and preparing properties for sale, to processing contracts and managing the settlement process to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.

Kind, patient and optimistic, she also excels in providing a superior level of service and support to clients, nurturing positive relationships and upholding her team’s strong reputation.

Armed with a Bachelor of Property and prior experience in both the residential and commercial property sectors, Bianca’s well-rounded industry knowledge underpins her success in this role.

Having recently relocated from Sydney, Bianca has quickly fallen in love with the Gold Coast and its lifestyle.  Outside of work, you will find her at the beach with her beloved rescue dog, flexing her culinary muscles in the kitchen, or sipping on an Aperol Spritz with her friends.
