Chelsea Thomson is the Business Manager to Josh Finch at Kollosche, playing a key role in the strategic operations, client experience, and execution behind some of the Gold Coast’s prestige property campaigns.

Highly driven and solutions-focused, Chelsea is known for her ability to bring structure, momentum, and professionalism to fast-paced, high-performance environments. With a strong background spanning client services, sales administration and sales associate roles, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of the entire sales process.

Working alongside the Josh Finch Team, Chelsea oversees the operational and marketing management of campaigns across Sanctuary Cove and the northern Gold Coast. Her role involves coordinating high-level marketing initiatives, managing legal documentation and compliance, liaising with suppliers and contractors, streamlining internal systems, and ensuring every campaign is executed to the highest standard. She is also deeply involved in team strategy, accountability, client communication, and creating a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers.

Chelsea is passionate about building genuine relationships and prides herself on delivering a six-star level of service throughout every stage of a transaction. Her approachable nature, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate both client and team needs have made her an invaluable part of Team Finch’s growth and success.

Chelsea has worked alongside high-performing agents across multiple areas of the industry, contributing to award-winning campaigns and refining her expertise in prestige real estate operations and client management.

Originally from New Zealand, Chelsea moved to Queensland at a young age and purchased her first property at just 19 years old – an achievement that sparked her passion for real estate and property investment. Now based on the Gold Coast, she enjoys health and fitness, the Gold Coast lifestyle, spending time with her dog Lumi, and drawing inspiration from luxury homes, architecture, and interior design.
