Chelsea Thomson is a Client Services Manager who helps orchestrate the seamless transition of property sales from appraisal to settlement.

Meticulous and with a love for attention to detail and marketing strategy, Chelsea prides herself on working well under pressure and thriving in a fast-paced environment.

With four years of solid real estate experience behind her, Chelsea has honed her skills from the ground up, starting as a personal assistant and sales administrator before ascending to the role of a sales associate.

At Kollosche, Chelsea’s responsibilities are as diverse as they are crucial. She serves as the backbone of sales operations and embraces the day-to-day needs of the agency, from attending supplier walk-throughs to liaising with contractors and suppliers.

Friendly and approachable, Chelsea also finds immense satisfaction in building trust with clients, alleviating their stresses, earning their trust, and guiding them through the intricate process of selling or purchasing their biggest asset.

Networking is also a key passion, specifically meeting and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Prior to joining the company, Chelsea worked alongside two of the top-performing agents in her region, assisting them to win multiple sales awards. Working with these agents enhanced her industry knowledge and experience.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Chelsea relocated to Mackay in Queensland at age 10 and, at just 19 years of age, she purchased her first home.

Now based on the Gold Coast, Chelsea likes to spend her spare time working out, going to the beach and playing with her dog Lumi. As well as real estate, fashion is one of her other major life passions.
