Claudio Berlingieri is an Assistant Property Manager at Kollosche, supporting the property management team with the day-to-day coordination of tenant communication, maintenance, leasing support, and inspections to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.

Having joined Kollosche in December 2025, Claudio is known for his clear communication, strong sense of urgency, and organised approach. He brings a client-focused mindset to his role, ensuring smooth processes and a positive experience for both owners and tenants.

With over seven years of experience in premium hospitality, including leadership roles at Kost Bar & Grill, The Langham Gold Coast, and Ladybird Restaurant & Bar, Claudio has developed a strong foundation in luxury service and relationship management. He holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice with REIQ and is passionate about building a long-term career in real estate.

Born and raised in Germany to a German mother and Italian father, Claudio has lived on the Gold Coast for seven years. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, playing tennis, exploring the beaches and hinterland, cooking, and expressing his creativity through art.
