Corey Gilmore is a licenced sales agent, specialising in brand new property sales, both off the plan and completed under Kollosche’s New Projects division.

With more than 20 years’ New Project experience, Corey is an effective communicator whose honesty and integrity underpin his ability to develop trust and rapport with all who meet him. A strong work ethic and attention to detail further contribute to client satisfaction and a positive experience when purchasing.

During his time in the industry, Corey has played an integral part in selling new projects for two developers, spanning the past two decades.

Corey managed and sold the Emerald Lakes Master Planned Community, with over 700 property transactions and $400m in sales. He then went on to oversee the sales and management of a further 900 transactions, totalling $550m for Raptis.

Having called the Gold Coast home for more than 40 years and raised his family here, Corey spends his downtime on the golf course, hiking or training racehorses.
