Dino Machado is a Licensed Real Estate Agent within Kollosche’s New Projects department, specialising in the sale of luxury off-the-plan apartments inside premier new developments.

The role was a natural progression for Dino who previously held the position of Sales Consultant with a local property consultancy practice.

There, he matched buyers with new, luxury apartments and assisted clients with planning their property investments. The market knowledge and skills developed throughout his property career have set Dino up to thrive in his position with Kollosche.

He gains great satisfaction in assisting buyers in securing their dream home and lifestyle, and in advising savvy investors on how to best capitalise on the Gold Coast’s flourishing high-end apartment market.

Reliable and compassionate by nature, Dino excels at nurturing genuine, long-term connections with existing and potential clients, always acting with integrity as he strives to support them in achieving their property goals.

Despite hailing from Johannesburg in South Africa, Dino has called the Gold Coast home on-and-off for 27 years, and he has a deep appreciation for the lifestyle that he is selling.

In his spare time, Dino volunteers with Serving Our People and supports other local charities, including the Nelson Mandela Charity Fund and Bravehearts. His commitment to giving back aligns with Kollosche’s core values, making him a natural fit for the team.
