Duncan McInnes is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who specialises in selling luxury new apartments off the plan.

During his time as an agent and developer, Duncan has been involved in some of the Gold Coast’s largest transactions and the project marketing of significant Queensland projects including Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort (Gold Coast and Port Douglas) and Royal Pines Resort and Southport’s Rivage Royale.

The former Max Christmas Real Estate Executive Director and Raptis Sales & Marketing Manager also spearheaded the sales and marketing of numerous projects completed under Solmac Developments, which he co-founded. Solmac Developments completed more than $500 million dollars’ worth of projects on the Gold Coast.

As a Kollosche New Projects sales agent, Duncan’s mandate includes driving the sales and marketing of the city’s most prestigious new developments including Drift in Main Beach.
