Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Eliana has lived on the Gold Coast for the past 18 months after spending 15 years in New Zealand. As a Senior Property Manager at Kollosche, she oversees the day-to-day management of residential portfolios, including tenancy coordination, maintenance, inspections, lease renewals, rent reviews, and compliance.

Eliana is passionate about property, legislation and helping clients navigate complex processes with confidence, always ensuring things are done thoroughly and precisely.

Her proactive and organised approach ensures both landlords and tenants feel fully supported throughout their property journeys.

Eliana has attained several key qualifications, which reflect her commitment to delivering excellence. They include a Salesperson and Property Manager’s Certificate and Certificate in Business Administration and Management, alongside specialist training in Residential Tenancy Law, Lease Management, and Asset Management.

She also holds a Bachelor of Law degree and has completed Lean Six Sigma training, reinforcing her focus on process improvement and compliance.

Eliana recounts a career highlight as managing a large residential lease portfolio while working in New Zealand, where she developed her experience in compliance, lease management and stakeholder relationships.

Adding to her unique skillset, Eliana spent time as an interpreter for various government agencies, which has strengthened her communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
