Licensed Real Estate Agent Gareth Denning joined Kollosche with 18 years experience selling property in the Broadbeach and Broadbeach Waters apartment markets.

Maintaining laser focus on such a concentrated location has allowed Gareth to gain superior insight into the target market, including in-depth knowledge of every multi-storey apartment building within the two suburbs.

Gareth’s desire to work alongside some of the Gold Coast’s leading and most trusted agents led him to join Kollosche.

At Kollosche, he continues to focus on his specialist area but has shifted up a gear, moving to cover the more prestigious end of the market, including new-build developments, which he believes represent the future of Gold Coast apartment living.

Gareth is grounded, positive, proactive, and relentlessly determined to achieve successful sales for his clients, with whom he likes to build lasting relationships.

Having lived in an apartment in Broadbeach for many years, he has first-hand experience of the lifestyle it allows. When not at work, Gareth, who has an interest in fitness, makes the most of the beach spending time with his teenage daughter, before hitting the gym.

Born in New Zealand, Gareth was exposed to the property industry from a young age – his father is a builder-developer and his sister is an accomplished estate agent.

Yet real estate was not Gareth’s first career choice. When he graduated from college, he spent several years working as a chef before deciding he wanted a more people-focused career.

He gained his real estate licence in 2005 and worked for a boutique estate agency for six years, before opening his own office under the umbrella of a multi-national brand.
