Inga Truscott is a Customer Services Manager within the Troy Dowker Team, specialising in property transactions, from listing presentations to auctions and VIP showings.
Inga also coordinates suppliers and media for new property launches and manages vendor requests, buyer enquiries and database systems. Additionally, she prepares detailed weekly market feedback reports for vendor clients.
Committed, hardworking and resourceful, Inga’s extensive background includes more than 14 years running a national conferencing and seminar company focused on natural wellness and personal development.
This experience equipped her with strong leadership skills in training teams, managing sales processes and cultivating client relationships.
Pivoting from the event industry to real estate was a natural progression for Inga, driven by her passion for the property market, a desire to channel her skills in a new industry and need to surround herself with passionate people.
Outside of work, Inga loves spending time with her husband and three grown daughters, exploring the outdoors, whether sand, snow or forest, and listening to true-crime podcasts in her infra-red sauna.
