Before real estate, James enjoyed a highly successful international career in professional motorsport. Leaving Australia at just 14, he competed throughout Europe, later test and reserve driving in Formula One, before returning home for a 20-year career in V8 Supercars — including winning the championship in 2010. These high-performance years shaped his calm, adaptable communication style and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Known for his considered, problem-solving approach, James focuses on listening, guiding and delivering results without pressure. His ability to match people with the right property has already led to strong outcomes, including involvement in one of Queensland’s most significant residential sales in recent years.
