Armed with a Bachelor of Business in Sales and Property Development and a full real estate license, James began his professional path in commercial sales and leasing with stints at Empire Retail Property Experts, Ray White Commercial, and Cushman & Wakefield.
From 2018 to 2024 James successfully leased retail properties for high-profile clients including ISPT, Abacus, and Zagame and achieved 100% occupancy at several shopping centres.
His passion for sales attracted him to Kollosche, where he is excited about working among industry leaders and being a part of the impressive culture and high-paced environment.
He is particularly attracted to the opportunity to work alongside Jamie Harrison, an expert in the field, seeing it as an ideal platform for learning and growth.
Born in Sydney, James attended The Southport School on the Gold Coast and currently resides in Miami. He enjoys the local lifestyle when not at work, James can often be found exploring good restaurants or travelling.
