In a relatively short time Josh has managed to achieve a healthy number of sales, which includes setting new price records in two suburbs and highlighting his solid work ethic and ability to understand clients’ needs. At his previous agency Josh was the recipient of several inhouse awards, cementing his dominance in the areas of listing volumes, vendor paid advertising and overall gross commission and sales volumes.

At Kollosche, Josh is supported by his brother Cameron, who is responsible for the administrative side of the business. Together they make a formidable team.

Born and raised in England, Josh made the Gold Coast his home a decade ago, settling into the elite pocket of Sanctuary Cove. He relishes the Gold Coast lifestyle and sets up his days with a 5am gym session.

Outside work, Josh likes to travel and values quality time spent with his family and two dogs, going for a nice meal or enjoying the beach.
