Josh has achieved significant sales across the course of his career. The $9,400,000 off-market sale of 126 and 151 Commodore Drive in Paradise Waters in October 2019, made in collaboration with Ryan Ward, set a new land sale benchmark for the exclusive enclave.
Prior to real estate, Josh worked the professional soccer circuit in Europe and South America before taking up as a flight attendant for the Middle East’s largest airline, Emirates. Josh continues to draw on the discipline and drive required to perform at an elite level in the competitive real estate arena where clients benefit from his relentless approach.
