From coordinating onboarding and offboarding to managing internal events and day-to-day logistics, she is embedded in the operational rhythm of the business. Her presence ensures the team is supported and set up for success.

With a natural ability to connect with others, Kylie brings a warm, approachable energy to the workplace, balanced by a sharp focus on outcomes. She identifies what needs to be done and gets on with it. Her initiative, combined with reliability, makes her a key support across all departments.

Before taking up her current role, Kylie spent nearly a decade as a business owner, building and scaling multiple ventures, including the rapid launch of three boxing fitness studios in only six months. This experience that reflects her drive and ability to execute under pressure.

Born in New Zealand, Kylie has lived on the Gold Coast for 22 years and values an active lifestyle and time spent with friends and family.
