Maddi Joyce is the Client Services Manager for Kollosche New Projects where she carries out reporting, communication and administrative duties for the division, facilitating a seamless relationship between the business and developers.

Highly efficient and organised, Maddi’s previous roles over the past five years as an executive assistant (EA) within the real estate industry, means she is experienced in juggling the many aspects of client management.

Her most recent three-year tenure as EA and client services manager at a start-up agency, armed her with the insight and skillset to flourish in her current role.

Maddi is ambitious, creative and has a friendly nature, which are key characteristics for anyone developing effective strategies, overseeing projects and nurturing a rapport with key stakeholders.

Dealing with developments from start to finish, allowing her to expand her knowledge and learn a more bespoke management style, drew her to her current role at Kollosche.

Maddi’s compassionate nature means she is empathetic to the high-pressure industry within which she works and is quick to develop meaningful colleague and client relationships.

Maddi moved to the Gold Coast three years ago from Griffith in NSW. She is passionate about mental health awareness and looks to support any fundraising efforts surrounding these issues.

A keen gym enthusiast, Maddi keeps fit and leads a healthy and active lifestyle, while making time for friends and family outside of work.
