Her career traverses the entire breadth of the real estate industry, from sales support and investment, to property sales and asset management. She also brings the invaluable experience of overseeing elite property portfolios for Accor, one of the industry’s leading names.

An illustrious career milestone came during her tenure as Owner Relations Manager at Mantra Group’s iconic flagship, Peppers Broadbeach (The Oracle). Here, Moana’s talent for fostering commercial partnerships with affluent investors shone brightly. Within two years, she set an unrivalled record for the number of apartments under management in a single property within the group’s extensive portfolio.

This success propelled her into a pivotal role at Mantra’s newly launched Realty Office at their Gold Coast jewel, Peppers Soul.

After four years at Kollosche, Moana lends her multifaceted expertise to the New Projects sales team. She has an acute focus on client nurturing and engagement, applying her wealth of experience and comprehensive knowledge to create a seamless experience for every client in the market for luxury residential properties.
