She meticulously performs comprehensive administrative duties to assist Lee through the listing process, preparing properties from appraisal to settlement.

Considerate, compassionate and reliable, Pauline is dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for clients throughout the process of selling their most important asset, consistently providing exceptional communication and support.

More than 20 years of sales and customer service experience have prepared Pauline for success in this role. During her career as a Travel Advisor, she honed valuable skills in understanding client needs, building rapport and fostering loyalty for repeat business.

Pauline’s most recent position as a Personal Assistant in the real estate industry has also equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the industry and local property market, along with her real estate license.

Born and raised in Scotland, Pauline is now relishing the Gold Coast lifestyle with Lee and their children. Outside of work, you’ll find Pauline at the gym, walking along the beach or supporting her children in their many activities.
