Sally Cran is Client Services Manager to Kollosche lead sales agents Sam Guo and Julia Kuo.

She holds a strong belief in the significance of effective management, open communication and strategic decision making to the benefit of Team Sam & Julia’s clients. Her primary purpose is to make clients feel comfortable and secure during what could otherwise be a highly stressful and emotional journey.

Sally prides herself on ensuring the real estate experience is pleasantly memorable – for tenants, sellers and buyers, all of whom are treated with equal respect and kindness. These attributes are complemented by Sally’s vast experience with contract preparation to ensure that clients’ interests are properly protected.

Whilst originally from Melbourne, Sally has embraced the Gold Coast for more than three decades, fostering a deep sense of connection and commitment. Sally has garnered extensive knowledge in real estate, having worked with some of the biggest brands in the industry.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Sally indulges her passion for history by immersing herself in biographies, historical novels and classic movies.
