Working as Contracts and Settlements Officer, Sarah Kelly plays a crucial role within Kollosche’s finance team, supporting sales agents across the business and their clients.

Efficient and organised with a talent for problem solving, Sarah meticulously oversees and manages contracts from the unconditional stage through to settlement. Her responsibilities include receipting deposits, liaising with solicitors and finalising commission structures and processes.

Bringing a wealth of real estate and legal experience, including more than a decade spent as a conveyancing manager, Sarah is equipped with a diverse skillset that enables her to navigate complex transactions with confidence.

Beyond her passion and knowledge for property, Sarah was drawn to this role by the opportunity to challenge herself and learn new skills. Kind, compassionate and honest, she has quickly become an invaluable member of the Kollosche team.

Outside of work, you will find her soaking up sunrises at the beach with her dogs, hiking, gardening or capturing beautiful photos. More unique hobbies including astrology, numerology, and analysing crypto currency reflect her inquisitive mind.
