Thibault Parolini is a Sales Associate working alongside Taylor Kleinberg at Kollosche.

A French native new to the Gold Coast, Thibault is responsible for identifying potential sellers and matching buyers with their ideal properties. He meticulously tracks properties on the market, ensuring he has the most up-to-date information to provide the best service to his clients.

Professionally he is best described as someone who fiercely advocates for his clients, maintains an approachable demeanor, and upholds a keen sense of honesty.

Naturally curious, ambitious and a team player, Thibault holds both NSW and QLD real estate licenses and has a qualification in construction, underscoring his well-rounded expertise in the property market.

Before joining Kollosche, Thibault gained experience with BresicWhitney – a luxury agency in Sydney – from 2021 to 2024 where he excelled as a Sales Associate.

His role involved high-level client interactions and negotiations and sharpening his skills in property sales.

Prior to this, Thibault worked as a Demolition Supervisor from 2017 to 2021. This role gave him hands-on experience in the construction industry, enhancing his understanding of property development and structural integrity.

His working career in general commenced in his home country France from 2015 to 2017 as a sales representative, where he sold food products to restaurants, bakeries, and hotels, honing his sales techniques and client management skills.

Competitive in nature, Thibault has played rugby union to a high level in both France and Australia and is a regular gym goer.
