Tony Grbcic is a Licensed Real Estate Agent who specialises in Commercial property sales including retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, special purpose assets and development sites across the Gold Coast.

Tony is a skilled negotiator who has facilitated high-profile transactions for shopping and medical centres, storage facilities, offices and development sites, with a transparency and a firm commitment to customer service.

Working alongside his son Adam, the Grbcics bring more than 40 years’ experience to the table.

Joining forces with Kollosche in June 2020, the Grbcics continually raise the bar in terms of customer service and results.

In the past nine months, Team Grbcic has handled sales totalling $94,568,182 inside The Lakes development in Mermaid Waters, including the $45,800,000 sale of The Lanes Retail Resort.

The team backed that up in September 2022 with the $45,001,600 sale of former timeshare resort ‘The Voyager’ in Broadbeach. The $42,300,000 sale of the Greenmount Beach Hotel site in Coolangatta in January 2021 remains a career highlight.

To better service a growing clientele, the Grbcics have expanded their team to include Executive Assistant Hannah Delre. Team Grbcic was recognised at the 2022 Kollosche Annual Awards, taking home the Highest Improved Sales Performance award and being named PM Referrer of the Year.

Driven by a love for his family, Tony rejuvenates with regular gym sessions and is an avid supporter and sponsor of the Gold Coast Knights Soccer Club.
