Originally from Ireland, Zoe Johnston spent five formative years in the coastal town of 1770 where, in the middle of a property market boom, she embarked on a real estate career and has never looked back. 

Now based in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast, Zoe is a valued member of the Kollosche property management team.  

Here, she oversees a residential property portfolio with a focus that is people-first and performance-driven. Zoe is committed to delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike and is responsible for managing compliance, supporting asset performance, nurturing client relationships and bringing a calm, considered approach to every interaction.  

Her ability to build lasting relationships, alongside a sharp eye for detail and unwavering integrity are the hallmarks of everything she does. 

Zoe’s contribution to the team was recognised this year when she was bestowed with the Kollosche Rising Star Award, a testament to the standard she sets and the impression she leaves on everyone she works with. 

Compassionate, genuine and always willing to go the extra mile, Zoe was drawn to Kollosche with a clear purpose of learning from the best in the business. It’s a mindset that defines her approach professionally and personally. 

When not at work, Zoe is devoted to her Dalmatian and finds balance through meditation, breathwork, yoga and sunrise swims. Those who know her well, know she is quietly passionate about mathematics and astrophysics, and could happily spend an evening lost in a game of Sudoku or Countdown.
